Being a SHRM Member, both local and National, provides amazing

Resources, Tools and Samples – yet many of us are unaware of the

plethora of information that is available as a SHRM Member.

  In this session, I will provide a SHRM Update sharing the

Resources and Tools that are available to members and help

you navigate through the SHRM.org website.  You will leave

the session with a better understanding of all of the

resources and tools that will support your HR needs so

that to continue to provide a Better Workplace for a Better

World for your employees.

About Rose


Rose Morales, SHRM-CP is a Field Services Director for SHRM, based in San Antonio, Texas. She supports the following areas: Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, New Mexico, Wyoming, Guam and Saipan. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest HR professional society, representing 300,000 members in more than 165 countries.

Rose has worked in the HR Profession for over 20 years with industry experience in the telecommunication, technology and staffing industries. Prior to joining SHRM, she was Vice President of Human Resources with GTA on Guam, leading the HR team and worked closely with the Executives and employees and provided guidance, leadership and support in all areas of Human Resources. She’s worked with Comcast in California as a Human Resources Business Partner.

She served as President of the SHRM Guam Chapter for three years and one year as the State Council Director for the Pacific State Council. Rose has served on different community organizations.

Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. She received her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
