About Kaitlin

Kaitlin Elledge is an Account Executive with MetLife and works with brokers, consultants and employers to implement strategies to retain key talent, attract new employees and educate employees about their benefits options so they can build meaningful financial safety nets for themselves and their families.  She has been with MetLife for 9 years and works with clients from 2 to 5,000 employees across all industries.

Kaitlin received her undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and her MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, where she received the Dean's Award for Leadership and Service upon graduation.

Kaitlin is passionate about the arts and helping others.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Beads of Courage, an international non-profit which helps children with life-threatening illnesses tell the story of their treatment journey through arts-in-medicine therapy programs.

As an Ironman triathlete and marathon runner, Kaitlin is also passionate about health, wellness and finding the balance between exercising and eating tex-mex.  She enjoys the abundance of sunshine in Texas and spends as much time as possible outside - you'll often find her running, cycling, hiking or camping on the weekends.
