  • Responsible for establishing, directing, and implementing well-being coaching operations at BHS
  • Provides strategic direction and development of learning and development offerings
  • Certified Yoga and Well-Being Coach

Alicia joined BHS in 2006 as a Care Coordinator providing clinical support to clients. Out of a personal passion for fitness, Alicia shifted her focus to earn a certification as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and transitioned to the role of Well-Being Coach, supporting clients in reaching their goals and optimal health in all areas of life. In 2018 Alicia completed an intensive program to become a Certified Yoga and Well-Being Coach. 

Alicia currently serves as the Director of Coaching Services and Learning and Development. Seeing the transformation clients achieve motivates Alicia to stay connected to her roots, while managing higher-level operations of the BHS departments. She continues to share knowledge by facilitating trainings, group coaching and discussions on a range of well-being and leadership topics with specialties in resiliency and building coping skills, positive assertive communication, and mind-body connection practices.      

Alicia graduated with a B.S. in Social Work from Juniata College and received a Masters in Social Work from University of Maryland. She currently resides in Baltimore and loves the energy of the city balanced with the tranquility of the many parks and hiking trails in the area.
